Best Koyo Spot

Koyo at Senjogahara (戦場ヶ原の紅葉) is one of the best Koyo spots in the Kanto region. You can enjoy a beautiful Koyo, autumn leaves, around the middle to the end of October. There are hiking trails at Senjogahara that you can enjoy hiking. You can start your hiking from Yudaki falls which is one of the beautiful waterfalls in Nikko. It takes about 2 hours from Yudaki Falls to Dragon Head Falls.

Senjogahara is the highland located in the deep side of Nikko. The altitude is over 1,200m from the sea level. The hiking starts from Yutaki falls and takes about 2 hours through Senjogahara to Ryuzu Falls.
