Sakura at Tsu-Kairakuen

Tsu-Kairakuen (津偕楽園の桜) is one of the Daimyo Garden located in Tsu, Mie Prefecture. This garden was built in 1860 by Todo Takayuki, the 11th lord of Tsu Castle. There are about 1,000 Sakura trees that bloom in late March to early April. At night, many lanterns lit up Sakura at night. Many people enjoy Hanami party during the season.

Sakura at Tsu-Kairakuen
Tsu-Kairakuen is one of the Japanese style garden located in Tsu, Mie Prefecture. It is a pond-surrounding style garden with hills, trees and stones. This garden was built by Todo Takayuki, the 11th lord of Tsu Castle in 1860. There are about 1,000 Sakura Trees and about 800 Azalea in this garden.
