Shoden Temple

Travel Information

Shoden Temple (聖天院) is the Shingon Buddhism temple located Hidaka, Saitama Prefecture. It was established in 751. It was used to be the main temple of the novels from Korean peninsula. It is a great temple with many cultural properties and a beautiful garden. Especially, the front garden located on the side represent the dragon and so beautiful.

There are parking and restroom.
Admission: 300 yen for adult, 150 yen for under junior high.
There is a group discount.
Time: 8:00 to 17:00 (Last entry 16:30)

Access
0. at Kawagoe Station.
1. use JR Kawagoe Line to Komagawa Station.
2. walk west.

Shoden Temple
Komasan Shoden Temple is a Shingon Buddhism temple located in Hidaka Saitama Prefecture. It was established in 751 for the novel clan of Koma that moved into this place. There are many old buildings and properties in this temple.
