Mt. Ishiwari (石割山) is one of the best view point of Mt. Fuji. It is located north side of Lake Yamanaka, Yamanashi. The top observatory is 1413m high. It is the peaks of Ishiwariyama hiking course. This hiking course is one of the popular route that has a great view of Mt. Fuji.

The altitude: 1413m
The trekking route of this mountain is about 5km long and takes 3 hours for round trip.
The route starts either at Hirano bus stop or Mt. Fuji (Lake Yamanakako). They both has the bus stop of Fuji-Q bus.
It is very popular one-day hiking spot near Tokyo because it has direct express bus from Shinjuku.
