Yoshino Mikumari Shrine (吉野水分神社) is one of the UNESCO world heritage sites located in Yoshino, Nara Prefecture. Yoshino is one of the historic site and the route to the Kumano Hongu Shrine. This shrine was established over 1,000 years ago. The buildings were constructed in the late 16th century and registered as the national important cultural assets. It has the unique style of the building that has the feature of Momoyama period art.

Yoshino Shrine's establishment is known, but it appears in 1,000 years old records (New Nihonshoki). shrine means dividing water and represent the god of rice harvesting. It is also known as the god of baby and blessing with children.

The building is the because all three buildings are connected to each were. In 1596, Toyotomi Hideyoshi visited this shrine and prayed for having baby. Later he had his only son Hideyori. For the appreciation of that, Hideyoshi donated the new buildings. Later, Hideyori completed the construction. It has the feature of Momoyama style arts.

It is registered as the part of UNESCO World Heritage Site "Sacred Sites and Pilgrimage Routes in the Kii Mountain Range."
