Nasu Onsen Shrine (那須温泉神社) is one of the oldest shrine in Tochigi. It was established in the middle of 7th century. The famous archer, Nasu no Yoichi, worshiped here and prayed for his victory. It is very famous for healing shrine.

There are about 80 Onsen Shrine in Japan. This one is one of the most respected Onsen Shrine in Japan. In 738, Emperor Shomu send the messengers to this srhine.

In 1185, Nasu no Yoichi the famous worrior of Genji, prayed for the victory when he shot his arrow. After the victory of the battle of Yashima, his family fully respected this shine.
